Meet Louie
My name is Louie Venditto. I race closed course jetski. My race Journey started in 2018 when I replied to a Facebook post, Retro Racing wanted to sponsor entry fees for a first time racer. I had 5 days to prepare, no ride gear and had never practiced a band snap start. I was pretty nervous that first race, but I did good and the team told me to come back for the next race!
I was hooked and have been racing my ski ever since! Now my whole family loves racing! My son Jake started racing, my daughter Maddie does pro photos for racers, my daughter Haley and wife Corinne help in the pits, cheer for us and make sure we don't starve! Jetskis keep our family together!
Dedication, determination, and family drive me every time I line up at the start. From that first race with zero experience to competing at the highest level, I'm always pushing to be better and to bring home the checkered.
One thing is for sure... I'll see you at the next race!
